A Church Revival for Dinner?


Well, only sort of. Less than 1 mile from our house is this really unique restaurant called Redemption. It is a small church that has been converted into a restaurant. Matt surprised me last week with a date night there. We had Frog Leg Grillades and Grits for an appetizer. I had sautéed grouper with Lump Crab and summer peas risotto. Matt had Paneed Lamb Chops with Herb Roasted Potatoes, Blueberry Pepper Glaze, and Mint Scented Snow Peas. How's that for dinner on a Thursday? Here's a photo:
